Zach was fantastic to work with. I had a bit of an odd case, where I was selling an inherited property while living abroad. Zach helped make the process very smooth/easy and he covered everything from finding and scheduling needed contractors (home clear out, painters, roofing, inspections, etc), to helping navigate the differences for an inherited property. He was great with active and clear communication throughout the entire process, and was able to adapt for what worked best for me since I was not local. Zach was an outstanding real estate agent for the sale of our home. He is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and suggested a reasonable price range for our house based on his background as an appraiser. He understands all the details of the entire selling process, and so he was able to prepare us for every step. We always felt like we knew what was coming up next. He is very responsive, so when we did have questions, he answered them quickly, completely, and professionally. Based on his selling experience, he had a plan for every step of the process, too, so he was able to get buyers into the house, follow up with them to get their feedback, and provide it to us in a timely manner. Complicating our sale was the fact that we were not in town, but Zach handled everything that required someone to be at the house, from picking up newspapers from the porch, putting out trash cans that needed to be picked up, and taking photos to answer HOA questions, to arranging for contractors and meeting them at the house to get work done. He also kept us up-to-date as things progressed with the sale, from the initial open house, through the offer, and on to the close and funding. We have sold six houses, and I would rate Zach at the top of all selling agents we have experienced. I would not hesitate to hire Zach for any real estate need we have in the future, and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
