Zach was fantastic to work with. I had a bit of an odd case, where I was selling an inherited property while living abroad. Zach helped make the process very smooth/easy and he covered everything from finding and scheduling needed contractors (home clear out, painters, roofing, inspections, etc), to helping navigate the differences for an inherited property. He was great with active and clear communication throughout the entire process, and was able to adapt for what worked best for me since I was not local. I also felt that he was very honest and transparent, and truly working for the best outcome. I would happily work with Zach again and very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good realtor.

Zach was an outstanding real estate agent for the sale of our home. He is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and suggested a reasonable price range for our house based on his background as an appraiser. He understands all the details of the entire selling process, and so he was able to prepare us for every step. We always felt like we knew what was coming up next. He is very responsive, so when we did have questions, he answered them quickly, completely, and professionally. Based on his selling experience, he had a plan for every step of the process, too, so he was able to get buyers into the house, follow up with them to get their feedback, and provide it to us in a timely manner. Complicating our sale was the fact that we were not in town, but Zach handled everything that required someone to be at the house, from picking up newspapers from the porch, putting out trash cans that needed to be picked up, and taking photos to answer HOA questions, to arranging for contractors and meeting them at the house to get work done. He also kept us up-to-date as things progressed with the sale, from the initial open house, through the offer, and on to the close and funding. We have sold six houses, and I would rate Zach at the top of all selling agents we have experienced. I would not hesitate to hire Zach for any real estate need we have in the future, and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Zach showed us an apartment in Denver to which we quickly applied to. Shortly after he sent us a signed lease which we asked him to tweak slightly after reviewing. He told us that would be no problem and that he would get it over to us the next day. We kept checking in with him but he continued to give excuses as to how he was “too busy” to send it over. A few days later he finally responded and said that he was showing it to other people over the weekend even after he had sent us a lease. I’m sure this isn’t the first time he has done this either. It’s not only unprofessional but completely disrespectful to not only tell someone they have the apartment and send them a lease but also take their application fee.

He showed me countless houses and was extremely knowledgeable about not just the neighborhoods, things to watch out for, and negotiation, but also was very clear on when places seemed overpriced.
